Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
EGETÜRK GROUP İÇ VE DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. takes maximum security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and transferred in accordance with the law, as well as to protect your privacy. Our objective, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and considering your interests, is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties to whom it is transferred, legal grounds, and your rights.
a) Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "Law No. 6698"), your personal data is collected and processed by EGETÜRK GROUP İÇ VE DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY") in its capacity as data controller within the scope outlined below.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The COMPANY may collect categories of personal data such as identity details, contact information, customer data, customer and transaction data, transaction security data, legal proceedings and compliance data, as well as sales and marketing data obtained from customers, employees, prospective customers, job applicants, business partners, and suppliers. The collected personal data is processed for the following purposes within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698: – Offering the COMPANY’s products and services to you, fulfilling our obligations to you, managing records and documentation, complying with information storage, reporting, notification, tax, and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation, – Providing special promotional offers, campaigns, benefits, and other payouts within marketing and sales activities aimed at enhancing the quality of services and products, – Managing infrastructure and commercial operations, adhering to internal policies and procedures, including auditing, finance and accounting, billing and collections, information systems, web host data, business continuity and record keeping, document and print management, – Conducting communications to provide information on information technology requirements, system structure, the necessity of obtaining IT support services, and sharing necessary information regarding these services and products with you, – Measuring traffic, conducting statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling, and CRM activities for marketing and sales purposes, – Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction, managing complaints, receiving your views and suggestions regarding new products and services, receiving error and defect reports, providing you with information on products, services, complaints, and requests, – Receiving your orders, carrying out payment transactions, providing logistical collaboration with third parties for product delivery, offering products and services of interest, behavioral online advertising and marketing, managing customer portfolio, evaluating and improving service quality, communication, optimization, auditing, risk management and control, promotions, analysis, determining interests, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, – Preparing comparative offers for products and/or services, modeling, conducting research and/or developing existing or new products, using personal data in all types of products and services offered to you under the laws and relevant legislation governing the activities stated in the COMPANY's articles of association that prompted the disclosure of your data, – Complying with storage, reporting, and notification obligations mandated by official authorities, fulfilling contractual requirements and executing legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services, – Determining and implementing commercial and business strategies of the COMPANY: managing financial operations, communications, market research, social responsibility activities, procurement operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, as well as legal operations conducted by the COMPANY, – Complying with applicable laws and regulatory obligations (including those outside your country of residence), including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, complying with procedural law, checking, evaluating, and responding to requests from official and government authorities (including those outside your country of residence).
c) To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
The collected personal data, strictly limited to achieving the above-mentioned purposes, may be transferred to: – Business partners, suppliers, shareholders of the COMPANY, EGETÜRK GROUP İÇ VE DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. and its subsidiaries, – Individuals or legal entities authorized by the Tax Procedure Law, Social Security legislation, the Court of Accounts, the Law on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations, and other regulatory acts, – Legally authorized public institutions and bodies, administrative and judicial authorities, – Foreign companies and branches, – Individuals or legal entities, partner organizations and institutions from which we receive services or with which we cooperate for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and execution of the above purposes, agencies with agreements for message delivery to customers, as well as courier companies delivering your orders, within the conditions and purposes of processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
d) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected by the COMPANY’s Head Office, through partner websites, other institutions from which we provide or receive support services, physical and/or legal entities with whom transactions are performed under legislation or contract, via our website, mobile application, call centers, social media accounts in oral, written, or electronic form, as well as through other channels that may be established in the future; Data is collected by the COMPANY within the scope of legislation for the above-mentioned purposes and the execution of contracts.
e) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
If you as data subjects submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods described below, the COMPANY will process the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
In this context, data subjects have the right to: Learn whether their personal data is processed, Request information if personal data has been processed, Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used according to its purpose, Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing and request notification of such operation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and provisions of other relevant laws, and request notification of such operation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, Claim compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the exercise of the above rights pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 may be submitted in Russian/Turkish/English in written form, or via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously provided to the COMPANY and registered in our system. Applications will provide information only about the applicant; obtaining information regarding other family members and third parties is not possible. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before providing a response. Your application must contain: a) Your name, surname, and signature (if the application is in written form), b) T.C. identity number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey; nationality, passport number, or personal identification number (if available) for foreigners, c) Residential or workplace address for notification delivery, ç) Email address for notifications, telephone, and fax numbers (if available), d) Subject of the request, along with relevant information and documents attached to the application.

Depending on the nature of your request, complete and accurate information and documents allowing identity verification must be provided. In case of failure to submit the requested information and documents properly, delays may occur in the complete and effective conduct of investigations carried out by the COMPANY based on your request. In this case, the COMPANY reserves its legal rights. For this reason, your application must be complete and contain all requested information and documents depending on the request's nature.
