Warranty and Returns

Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and we comply with the provisions of these laws and regulations.

Ensuring that the products you return meet the following conditions will help ensure that the process is completed quickly:

You must contact us using the contact information provided on our website for the product you wish to return and submit a return request. Products sent without a prior return request will be returned to the customer.

Return requests will not be accepted if the labels affixed to the product’s box by the importer or manufacturer have been torn, or if vacuum-sealed or gelatin-sealed packaging has been opened.

Returns must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date, provided the purchased product’s packaging remains unopened, undamaged, unspoiled, and the product has not been used.

Return requests for products that have been removed from their original packaging and used are not subject to the 1-week return period, and such products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, “Goods that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies—such as those that contradict the characteristics stated in the product description or user manual, or in advertisements and promotions, or that reduce the benefits the consumer reasonably expects from the product based on its intended use—are considered defective goods. If the customer reports a defective product within 30 days of the delivery date, they are entitled to one of the following rights: returning the product, a price reduction, a free replacement, or free repair.”

To exercise the rights mentioned above by filing a claim for a defective product:

If the product’s characteristics differ from those specified in its description, or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product falls under the category of defective goods.

The customer must file a defective goods claim within 30 days.

When a defective product claim is filed, the product’s importer will determine, through a report, whether the defect resulted from user error. If user error is determined, the customer cannot exercise these rights.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS. THE BUYER EXPRESSLY ACCEPTS THIS PROVISION, AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER UNLESS A DEFECT IS PRESENT.

Right
of Withdrawal: According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer “has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within seven days of the date of delivery, without assuming any liability and without providing any justification.” Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without cause within 7 days of receiving it.

Any shipping or transportation costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.
